The wheatsheaf's breakfast concept is pure brilliance—choose your goodies the night before and enjoy in your cozy room! The Sunday dinner was a standout, with flavors that left an impression.
Now, we did have a bit of a bother navigating those steep stairs. The lady at the reception could have been more welcoming. we ended up seeking a different spot to crash as the heating was a touch funky, but it didn’t dim the overall charm.

High-quality pub and restaurant combination, charming historical building ambiance, attention to cleanliness throughout the premises
Inattentive service during slow hours!!! Noise from the bar affecting rooms is unacceptable!!! It’s very inconvenient when there’s difficulty finding staff for assistance!!! The room temperature issues caused significant discomfort!!!

great stay but with a few minor issues
The decor throughout the rooms was fabulous, creating a warm atmosphere. The en-suite was modern and luxurious, providing a great experience during my stay. The breakfast selection impressed me, especially the variety of vegan options available for my friend.
One minor downside was the steepness of the stairs leading to my room.

The stay was memorable, particularly for the outstanding quality of local ingredients featured on the menu and the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere of the room. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. the breakfast offered lacked variety, which was a disappointment, and the noise from the bar could be disruptive to a peaceful night. the temperature control in the room was noticed as needing improvement.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Twin Room at The Wheatsheaf Pub, Kitchen & Rooms. The room was great with a comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a lovely bathroom. The continental breakfast blew me away with its selection, especially the fresh orange juice, croissants, and a variety of treats. The bar was cozy with an open fire and a fantastic choice of draught beers.
Heating in the upstairs rooms needed adjustment.

It was a commendable fit for a weekend stopover in Bingham with good value. The rustic wooden bed frame in my room added a charming touch. Be prepared for steep stairs if you're on the upper floor.
